Gaining weight is not that difficult

With an increasing amount of thin people or children, the need to have weight gain food is getting high in demand. It is because such people have to bear a lot of social sarcasm that lowers their morale too. This necessitates for taking fat oriented food in adequate amount.

1. Banana:
Often recommended by the dieticians to be included in their daily plan, bananas are highly responsible for weight gain and providing instant energy to the body. Ideally, a single banana contains more than 100 calories, which fits the demand for accumulating fat in the body. Apart from this, they also have good amount of carbohydrates, which is considered essential towards gaining the required amount of kilos.

2. Avocado:
The avocados are good in taste and considered suitable to add extra pounds to the body. Moreover, this green vegetable is quite a calorie diet food because just a half of avocado contains 140 calories, which are essential to gain weight. Not just calorie-rich food, they also contain folic acid, potassium, and vitamin E that keep them in the category of healthy fat foods.

3. Apple:
Apples are considered apt for health conscious people. It is said that an apple a day, keeps the doctor away. But, they are also good at increasing the weight. With the presence of natural sugars in this fruit, it is really good to include them on daily basis to serve two purposes with one fruit item.
