Juice fasts are popular in cleansing the body, losing the weight and in fighting with diseases. The best way to get rid of your body of those toxic chemicals is only through a juice fast.  
When we take fresh juice in the morning for the breakfast and not taking anything for lunch or dinner will help your body on healing. We have to be careful of dehydration and weakness because for many people if they go for a prolonged juice fast will be suffered with low blood sugar levels, which leaves tired and so weak. We have to know whether we are taking all the nutrients that our body needs, when we are in juice fast. Without lowering your metabolism , some of the juice fasting recipes are there with special combinations of fruit juices to cleanse your body.
An extended fasting can affect our emotional health is another important causing. Because of this some people experience depression. We can better go to a spa, and have a supervised weekend juice fast. If you are very serious about fasting, then solely change from the solid foods to liquids. We can slowly reduce the dairy foods, meat and grains.
Try to eat more vegetables, juices and fruits. We can have raw salads, juices and fruits. Then slowly change your solid food habit to a bit more by changing breakfast with juice. Your body undergoes some changes if you have taken a fasting for two or three days. Then you will experience a sudden weight loss.
